Joel Stancer’s nomination

Terence definitely is deserving of the award. I’ve had the opportunity to get to know him over the past few months through Bob, and Terence and I have had the chance to sit down and talk on several occasions since initially meeting. He has told me about his work and how passionate he is about the kids he works with. He has talked with me about different challenges he’s seen in the Pre-ETS program and has some excellent ideas around IDE in that department. Terence is not afraid of a challenge and has faced them head on in his time as a Pre-ETS specialist.
