Emerging Year 1
Consists of 3 regional meetings and 2 coaching labs. Topics covered include Critical Firsts, Effective Meetings, Cause and Effect, Feedback, 7 Principles of Active Observation, Duality of Decision Making, Ethical Decision Making, Time Management, and Personal Leadership Platform.
Emerging Year 2
Consists of 3 regional meetings and 1 coaching lab. Topics covered include Fuzzy Purpose, Estimating Effect Size, Knowing Self and Others, Shaping and Re-shaping School Culture, Building a Culture of Trust, Capacity Mapping, Customer Service, and School Walk Around.
Developing
Consists of 3 regional meetings and 1 coaching lab. Topics covered include Constituent Groups, Communication, Energy for Change, School Culture, Change Curves, Interpersonal Relationships, Attract and Retain, and the Interview Process.
