Sonya Kramer

  • Pre-ETS Specialist – Horizons

Sonya Kramer joined the Pre-ETS Horizons Team in 2022. She graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She has been a stay-at-home mother, worked in the social work field, and served in both general and special education K-12 classrooms. She also has experience working at The Farmer’s House, a non-profit organization, providing innovative community-based programs for youth and adults with developmental disabilities. Sonya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, going on walks, and coffee dates with her friends. She is very passionate about working with students with disabilities and helping them gain the skills they need to become lifelong learners. She has always had a special place in her heart for working with students with disabilities. She firmly believes that great educators learn and grow with their students and is thankful for the opportunity to help students’ minds develop and flourish.

Sonya serves the following Missouri Schools for the Severely Disabled: Briarwood (Harrisonville); Cedar Ridge (Nevada); EW Thompson (Sedalia); Prairie View (Marshall); and Rolling Meadows (Higginsville).  She also serves classrooms at Butler High School and Milestones Academy.
