Ross Rosenbaum is a Pre-ETS Specialist in the North-Central Region. Ross has served as a special education teacher in Life Skills programs in multiple school districts and has also worked in Behavior Skills classrooms. In addition to teaching, he is a head wrestling coach for Father Tolton Catholic High School.  Ross has a Bachelor of Science in Special Education with a concentration in Cross-Categorical Disabilities (Grades K-12) from University of Central Missouri.
