Kali Binkley

Kali Binkley is a School-Wide Positive Behavior Support (SWPBS) Consultant for the Heart of Missouri as well as a professional development specialist.

A former elementary teacher and behavior interventionist, Kali holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Lincoln University as well as Masters Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from William Woods University.

As a part of SWPBS, Kali provides large group training and small group coaching to schools and districts in the framework for creating safe & orderly learning environments in schools while improving the social-emotional outcomes for students. This work relies on research-based practices including developing clear, behavioral expectations, teaching those expectations, acknowledging appropriate behavior, consistently correcting inappropriate behavior, and using behavioral data to systemically solve problems.

In addition to her work within SWPBS, Kali provides support in areas of classroom management, blending academic and behavioral strategies to receive best outcomes for students, and is a Certified Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) instructor.
