Alexander F. Koch earned his PhD in Education from the University of Basel, Switzerland. Alexander has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Science and Technology Education at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Northwestern Switzerland, and has a background in foreign language teaching and adult education. His area of research is currently focused on student-teacher relationships in elementary and middle schools, but also includes basic research in motivation and beliefs of protagonist individuals in the school context.
