The MU Partnership for Educational Renewal, known as MPER, is the largest school partnership in the nation. MPER partners include 365 Missouri schools in 22 districts, the University of Missouri College of Education, the University of Missouri College of Arts and Science, and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. MPER is housed within the Hook Center in the College of Education.

MPER’s goals are to improve education for children and youth, prepare school professionals, provide ongoing professional development for educators, and conduct education-related research. MPER programs include MU Teaching Fellows, Mental Health Leadership Academy, Study Group Funding and Teacher Release.
