The Assessment Resource Center (ARC) is an assessment, research, and evaluation service center that provides tools for leaders to collect the information they need to make data-driven decisions for accountability, continuous improvement, program planning, and policy development. ARC has participated in and led a variety of data-collection and evaluation projects in Missouri and across the nation since the 1930s.

ARC serves a variety of clients across the U.S. in higher education, PreK-12 schools, research settings, non-profits, government agencies, departments of education, and the private sector.

Specific products include Network for Educator Effectiveness (NEE), College Base test materials and scoring, assessment services, Qualtrics, Stanford 10, OLSAT 8, and more.
