This is a master of education in career and technical education with an emphasis in vocational-technical education.


This program is not currently enrolling new students.

This degree is part of the Career and Technical Education Program housed in the Department of Learning, Teaching and Curriculum.

If you want to teach at a community college, private trade school or a corporate training center, this program is for you. Coursework provides you a foundation in curriculum design, teaching methods, student assessment, instructional program design and management, learner psychology and educational technology.

The MEd in vocational-technical instruction is a 33-hour online program that is based on a traditional on-campus program. This program does not lead to certification.
