Dave Shalley is a member of the Northeast Team and serves in the northeast region of the state. He retired after 31 years in Missouri public education as teacher, coach, principal and superintendent. He earned his bachelor’s in special education from Truman State University and his master’s and specialist degrees in Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University.

Dave serves in the following school districts: Canton; Clark County; Hannibal; Lewis County; Madison; Marion County; Monroe City; North Shelby; Palmyra; Paris; Ralls County R-II; and South Shelby.
