Dr. Barrow was the honored guest of MUSEC doctoral alums Candace She, Lydia Wen, and Chia-Yu Wang in Taiwan. He presented workshops and gave talks at the International Creativity Education Conference at National Sun Yat-sun University in Kioshung, at National Chiao Tung University in Hsinchou, and at National Chasnghua University of Education in Changhua City.
