"Kristy is an enthusiastic team player and an intelligent contributor to research projects. She enjoys working with others to conceive of research projects, think through research problems, and analyze data. She is reliable, personable, and responsible. She enjoys mentoring both undergraduate and graduate student researchers. She has carved out a research niche that she plans to take with her into the professorate, that of understanding college students’ thinking with biological representations. Kristy is bright, thoughtful, and a true pleasure to work with."
