From US Highway 63

  • Take the Stadium exit and turn West
  • Turn right(North) on Providence
  • Travel North on Providence until you reach the Rollins Street stoplight(approx. ½ mile)
  • Turn right immediately after stoplight into parking lot WG-11. There will be two parking spaces marked “Assessment & Consultation Clinic” to the left of the loading dock. Please park in one of the two spots.
  • The Lewis and Clark building will be directly in front of you. Walk to the right past the loading dock around the building to the set of doors facing 5th Street.
  • After entering the two sets of doors turn to your right where you will find the elevators and stairs. Take either of them up to the second floor to room 205 for assistance.

From Interstate I-70:

  • Take the Providence exit (Exit 126) and turn South
  • Travel South on Providence in the left lane (approx. 2 miles), pass the large smokestacks on your left.
  • Turn left on Turner Avenue.
  • Turn right into parking lot WG-11. Continue around the building to the loading dock. There will be two parking spaces marked “Assessment & Consultation Clinic”. Please park in one of the two spots.
  • The Lewis and Clark building will be directly in front of you. Walk to the right past the loading dock around the building to the set of doors facing 5th Street.
