Brief Biography
He is married to Marcela, with whom he has a son, Alejandro, and a daughter, Julia.
Currently he is an assistant professor at the Department of Learning, Teaching, and Curriculum, College of Education, University of Missouri. Starting in the fall of 2012, he will be an associate professor at the Department of Mathematics, University of Texas at San Antonio.
