Creating a Syllabus
All the required elements of a syllabus are included on the template below. A brief description of each section is included in order to guide those creating syllabi. The ADA and Academic Integrity statements are taken directly from the samples on the Provost's site. Faculty may include different information in the syllabus, but must have the elements described in the template in order to meet the minimum standards for new course proposals.
