Education brought in eight percent of the University’s external research funding. Additionally, the college is ranked 59th (out of 573) in the nation for education and human resources funding from the National Science Foundation. The Center for the Study of Mathematics Curriculum is the 15th largest project funded by the Education and Human Resources Directorate of the National Science Foundation.
Cross-discipline Research
In 2006–07, the College of Education along with another MU college or school was awarded 52 interdisciplinary research grants to partner in discovery.
