STEPS IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS

 Admission criteria/application process

You will apply for admission to both the University of Missouri Graduate School and the Department of Educational, School and Counseling Psychology within the College of Education. Instructions are outlined at the department's admission guidelines link.

Application deadline: None - rolling admission.

You can take courses prior to being accepted into the degree program. To learn more about this, see the Mental Health Practices in Schools Course Planner.

NOTE:

GRE: All applicants to either the M.Ed. or Ed.S. program must take the GRE. This is a department policy and there are no waivers granted. If you have previously taken the GRE, scores must be less than five years old.

Your application cannot be acted upon until all steps above have been completed and all materials have been received.

You may take courses, up to 12 hours, prior to the semester for which you are admitted (entry semester), although financial aid will not pay for these courses.
