PhD-Policy Studies

The goal of the PhD Program is to prepare students to understand multiple disciplinary perspectives on educational policy, the structure of the U.S. educational system compared to other systems, the complexity of educational Policy as an historical multidimensional process, and the effects of the politics and cultures of educational organizations.
